Leasing our beats gives you permission to use the beat, add lyrics to, record, alter or mix in any way and to promote or demo (except reselling the beat).  You must however give credit to Shevybeats on your recordings. The beat you purchase will be exclusively yours to use.  Once purchased your beat will become unavailable to anyone else. 

 

Upon purchasing leasing rights, it is important to remember that Shevybeats still owns the beat, however Shevybeats may no longer lease or sell the exclusive beat purchased by you.
